Watch Saturn Friday night at the Delta College Planetarium in Bay City

BAY CITY, MI – Astronomy buffs can view Saturn at the Delta College Planetarium this Friday evening, October 14.

“Join us on the planetarium’s rooftop observation deck with telescopes to see Saturn at its peak,” reads the Facebook event page.

Guests can enjoy a free planetarium show featuring the ringed planet in the Dome360 theater starting at 8 p.m., followed by an 8:30 p.m. viewing, weather permitting. If conditions are cloudy, the entire event, including the planetarium show, will be postponed to the following night, Saturday October 15.

Other upcoming events at the Delta College Planetarium include the Total Lunar Eclipse Watch at 5 a.m. on Tuesday, November 8 and Observe Jupiter Night at 8 p.m. on Friday, November 11, both free to the public.
