Qatar – Al Thuraya planetarium publishes list of January films

Doha: Cultural Village Foundation – Katara’s Al Thuraya Planetarium has announced a lineup of shows for its January 2022 screening edition.

The films will be screened from January 5 to 28 at the Al Thuraya Planetarium, Building 41. There will be two series of shows, at 5 pm and 6 pm and include seven films.

On January 5, it will screen a 3D show of the dawn of the space age for the 5 p.m. slot, while 8 Milky Way balls at 6 p.m. January 7, The Universe Show at 5 p.m. and The Stars at 6 p.m.

Meanwhile, on January 12, it will screen The Stars at 5 p.m. and Polaris 3D Show at 6 p.m. And on January 14, The Zula Patrol at 5 p.m., and 8 Scoops of Milky Way at 6 p.m. The program for January 19 is Perfect Little Planet at 5 p.m. and The Universe Show at 6 p.m. For those who missed the 8 balls of the Milky Way, it will be broadcast again on January 21 at 5 p.m., and Polaris at 6 p.m.

Dawn of the Space Age will also premiere on January 26 at 5 p.m. and The Zula Patrol at 6 p.m. The final leg of the January show will end with The Polaris at 5 p.m. and The Perfect Little Planet at 6 p.m., both airing on January 28.

Entrance to the planetarium is open to all age groups, and registration is done at the entrance to the building.
