From Frank Sinatra and Chuck Berry to Burl Ives and Brenda Lee, the Delta College Planetarium will feature party classics in its family vacation show, now playing at 100 Center Ave. in downtown Bay City.

“Let it Snow” is performed at the Dome360 Theater at 2 pm Thursday through December 23 and 3:30 pm Saturday through December 18. The 35-minute program includes thematic animation, special effects and a multimedia finale with music by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

Tickets cost $ 7 for adults and $ 5 for students, children, seniors and military, and are on sale at the planetarium one hour before showtime. Theater seating is limited, with tickets available for purchase on site on a first come, first served basis.

Health guidelines, combined with the planetarium’s unique environment, require all visitors to wear masks, regardless of their immunization status. A screening station is located inside the entrance gates, in the southeast parking lot of the planetarium, at the corner of Saginaw and 6th Street.

Other shows available at the Planetarium in December are “The Mysteries of the Great Lakes”, “Life Under the Arctic Skies” and “The Perfect Little Planet”. Show times and descriptions are available at delta.edu/planet or by calling 989-667-2260.
